Hope Deferred

This morning I read Proverbs, a practice of daily reading that I developed due to my son. This morning I read chapter 13 vs. 12: Hope deferred makes the heart sick; but when dreams come true at last, there is life with joy. Yes, that’s it along with the logistics of rebuilding one’s life there must be hope weaved through our experiences, creating joy  and the energy to press though the daily lessons and experiences that face each of us as we develop and grow into the healthy, vibrant women God has created us to be.
The last month or so I have wanted to write not only for by precious son Caleb whose life was nearly robbed from him due to his prescription drug addiction, but for the Open Arms Web Site. So others would know what we are doing and what we hope each woman’s  life will become as they work together side by side with other women who are sober and rebuilding their lives.
